  • Body Solid Smith Machine Series 7 (+ Pec, Lat, Bicep/Tricep & Row stations) & 100kg weight stack
  • 20kg Olympic bar, 2x Dumbells & 1.25kg – 20kg total 125kg weight plates
  • 2 x Body Solid Flat, Incline, Decline Bench (+ Abs, Leg & Preacher attachments)
  • 5kg – 17.5kg Dumbell pairs
  • Mini Trampoline
  • Tractor Tyre & Sledgehammers
  • Matted area for Stretching, Warm up & Cool down
